Cisco has the very first Hilton Hotel ever built.

DeLeon

The DeLeon Peach and Melon Festival is the first full week in August. There are vendors, rides, a tractor pull, and on the last Saturday of the festival, Golden Saturday, the entire downtown area is closed to through traffic and vendors set up to sell wares and food. There is an old car show as well as a free watermelon feed and more. For a full schedule of events, call the DeLeon Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture.
